Our spec homes at Fortner Properties are built with quality that we believe extends many preconceived ideas of what a spec home looks like. However, they are also built in quantity as they share rotating interior packages that are hand-picked by our team.
SEMI-CUSTOM HOMES
In a realm separate from spec homes, lives semi-custom homes. These homes are typically higher in price than spec homes, but allow you the choice of your house plan from any that we have in our arsenal! These homes are typically larger in size (2,000 sq ft +) and are focused solely on quality- not quantity. With a Fortner Properties semi-custom home you are granted access to our staff to make your housing dreams a reality.
